Bring these
- Photo ID. We are required to record it on every purchase
- The charger and any cables, if you still have them
- The box, if it survived. It genuinely adds value
- Your passcode, so we can confirm the device actually powers up
Sign out of your account first
A device still signed in to iCloud or a Google account is locked to you, and we cannot buy it in that state. It takes about a minute in settings and it is the single most common reason somebody has to make a second trip.
Do not factory reset it before signing out. That makes it harder, not easier.
Every estimate here is exactly that, an estimate. Condition is the thing customers and buyers read differently most often, so the final number is settled with the device in front of us. We would rather tell you that now than surprise you at the counter. We do not buy devices that are reported lost or stolen, and every purchase is recorded.
